beware these fraudsters

Recently my company did an import from one china based supplier suzhou henry this company is just and exporter but the middle man inside it goes by the name of david and his girlfriend anetta525.  The order purchased was a microfibre fabric composition 80% poly and 20% nylon.  After shipping the goods when the ultimate buyer based in delhi sent it for testing as required by the customs authority in india the lab test came out as 90% poly and 10% nylon.  It was a totally different goods from the original booking sample they sent.  Obviously i had no choice but refuse payment.  Then this mr. david approached the ultimate buyer and offered him 15% discount after admitting his mistake and misleading him.  buyer told him to take back the cargo as it's not sellable.  Then mr. david approached this buyers buyer and offered him huge discount.  In the end the ultimate buyer didn't take the goods.  Days went by and mr. david just refused to take back the goods as he knows the quality he made was inferior then begged my buyer to forcefully take the goods.  which out of goodwill he decided to help him out.  These goods still lying at our buyers warehouse.

KUOh$f,A h8u^0N Now this mr. david and anetta525 are using this forum to spread a false rumour against us, buyer and HICC which is a reputable testing agency.  Unfortunately i cannot speak or read chinese so i cannot defend our companies reputation in the chinese language link.  But i have all documents and corresponding e-mails of this guy and myself to prove his fault 100%.  This fellow even had the audacity to fax me and buyers an abusive fax full of vulgarities totally blaming us when fault was his.
