It's hard to understand the professional words !

I am a newer on the international trade .though I graduated from this master,I do not know so much pprofassional words.My company is specialized in hardware ,as you may know,there are so many words that belong to this field only ,my boss ask can you answer the phone ?I feel much stressed ,Ican not even  know them,how can I talk with them ?

You can work over the product manual of Chinese version first. After that , you will get a general idea of some technical terms in your A@!H,aT

field.Then, you can refer to your English manuel.
