How to find customer on the internet

I  work in an small internet trade company for 15 days,before this, I know nothing ahout internet trade.Just three  people composed our company(beside our boss and his wife):an older hand,two green hand(include me).The older  hand just tell we two green hand that:first learn the product we sell ,next,find some website to distribute message.But the fact is:saying is easier than doing! learn product not only mean learn the theory,it refers to so many thing I don't know. The process of sending message spend most of my time,and I cannot handle the computer smoothly,for example:set key word.Even I followed the instruction to finish it,but I cannot find it in the home page.Among the messsage I sent I just find few of them when I search them, that means part of the message I sent may not sucessful.Ji$c)m1x8EL
From now on, I receive none message from the customer,and I have confused about internet trade.

Try to learn more about your products, if you have chance, have a visit some supplier to learn more, not just stay at the office.
