If the customer place the order,first tell customer in order to hope the customer could afford some lost, of course seldom customers accept it. If not, in order to long term cooperation, you have to assume it.

We usually do it like this. But we find many ftys usually require that the customer must do according to their request, otherwise they don't accept the order even if they have receive the payment
