How to reply the customer's inquiry effectively

I usually tell the customer: if your quantity up to a certain large amount, we will give you a best price.K g(f({/wU9h
But one day one of the customer ask me: Why don't you give me a best price first and then I place the order?

So I think it is necessary to give the customer your target price directly, if your target price meet his taste, it will be the beginning of your business.

I agree with you. But it is too hard to handle it. Sometimes, maybe customer's target price is higher than our lowest price. So we may lost few profit.

I don't know how to reply the inquiry, all the prices are handling by boss, just give some suggestions to him is my choice, and our products nearly no buyer in  common people .the target price is hard to control.

&KuM~Y5xe%T Knowing the field well and international market price is very important for our field. we know the american manufactures's cif price in China, then we could compute its cost and offer our price.

i think you should treat your different customers in different way.Such as,if you customer is the trade company,you should give him lower price.I f it is the direct importer,you will have a space to control your price.

how low  is the price you quote ,the customers will think its dear ,so when you quot your price to your customers ,you can quot the thigher price ,but you can make a discount to them,

i met a lots of clients, they just show their target price only,without any other further action,it made me passive to move any further
