It is hard because customers alwayshave different taste. But i think it is essential to write letters briefly and clearly. The first place is to let customers know what you want to express. And it is the most important.

I do not think breif e-mail is better than specific letter,because my costomer all attracted by my long letter,not brief one.Of course It depends.

You can briefly introduce your company or factory and focus on the advantage of your products. Try to catch the clients' attention to your product so that they will think of the possiblity of order.
