One Year's Experience of Foreign Trade

1..As to a Trading Company, maybe they are more majoy in these parts so far: VfrldA5Ha9z|&s
a, more Search-engine to explore new Customers; such as ALI, en21, made-in-china and Yellow Pages ects; DI#~z:Z]_X
b, adapt at the knowledge of some industries in English, their knowledge more extended; they cannot be professional compared with the staff in a factory, but their knowledge wouldnot be limited by some Products they can not make.  and some mature trading companies, purchasing different parts of the finished products, and then they process them, or ask for a Processing factory doing that for them. qkNT|j~
c, they have a good hardware configuration on trading even cannot say that for sure; usually a trading company, asking for a employee be good at english, E-commerce and Communication and so on; and they are more free to adopt more convinent chating tools and a good computer to work ects.
2H#i/aQL^|Lp2N d, they can help some small factories to export their goods, seems as their office.
B#MZ(]FO)^;?'ia2F e, they have their speicific skills to do business, and they can learn one anther and have a good sharings tegether. and more others.such as quick--response-to -customers in time.6C:w ~+IO:k

a, they can just learn  more  and be more professional on the products they are specialized in making;  surely they can learn one products well, and be like an expert. they can make them feel well with confidance to talk with customers easily and quickly.qOg h]z

1SE3H6A@mj.g b, they donot need to waster to much time to think so much how to explore a new customer? and how to hold the customers they have. because their excellet quality and his/her best Service is the best proof to say for them.  they just to seek new clients after they finished their work on hand. 8|/oz*d$iY

d, more important, they can have their wonderful time to see their factory, and have a good time with their workmates.. they help them a lot work well and have a good relation with others, living in a team, because we are living in a crown, but alone.  they have more feelings in  their factory; maybe the love, like, dislike or even hate; but very important they have their true feelings and love with a life.

e, they still can learn a lot from other departments if they like to learn; they can learn a lot from design/tech dep; production dep; purchasing dep, financial dep, marketing dep, and exployment dep..and management deps.. even they can learn how to be a boss as their boss likes. xi2} ^R;z$l

I have been working for three years in a small trading company.
L*n,JGHpd only myself in exporting section, so i have to all things about export even english, such as translate, book order, contact with shipping company, deal all shipping documents, look for suppliers.............so in my opinion, if bring factory working and trading company working into #R zsy8}}

comparison, it's much harder working in a trading company, especially in a small trading company, the only thing is you can learn more  by doing everythings yourself

I like factory. I am in a small factory now. The boss realy give me a lot of opportunity!
