The latest shipment date

Shipment date sometimes plays very important role in a transaction. I get this lesson from one of our customer from England.(k@L5vdwxf

He places order with us, and pay 30% deposit. And talk about the Detail of the documents with us. Everything goes well but he cancel the order at last, because he can not accept the shipment date in August. We are very disappointed.

fk Yes, if this date is written in the L/C, but you shipped the goods at the end of June, the customer will be very glad for this.:)
