Hi, thank you for reading my post. I have been hunting for a job in the past few months. It is so difficult and torturing for me to get the position  i want for that i am new for it. and almost all employers want to hire the one with relative experience. The HR managers are so indifferent and strict to the applicants, expecially to the new...:') :') E8upPuFg

pYf(NMm   Till today, I have been here for two months. Though I have a bad memory, that I should pay the rent today reminds me that. During this period of time, I experienced and leant a lot which was unfamiliar for me before. Though it is so tiring a life style, I don't regret that I have chosen it. Because sometime I got friendship from my roommate, sometime found the bosses?? shrewd, of course I was depressed at most of the time. Especially when I sacrificed a lot but got nothing. "Why I came here--- such an indifferent city? Why not leave?" such questions is always torturing  me, just like now...%['V*P7kCYoG

lG)O)Y|[d-on The train I took today should be the kind discussed a lot these days ---- named CHR or CRH ---I has a poor membery i think.:D :D   I don't know what these letters mean, for that I paid little attention to the news and knew little about the train. And I didn't know I would have to take this kind of train today so that I have to accept my friend help to pay the ticket. Cause I only brought with me the amount of money which I thought was enough for the ticket, and the lady inside the window told me that they wouldn't accept cards. Nobody knows how awkward I felt at that moment and how much I appreciated my friend for her help. C'tMg#c9j*L;|yX$[
  The train is new and it is clean and tidy inside. The passengers don't need to sit face to face any longer, and everyone has a little plastic board to place their cups, newspapers, books or something like that. All in all, the train is far more comfortable than ever. And its speed also got much faster---- it only took me two hours to get Kunshan from Nanjing ---- more than two hours less than it took before. That its price doubled is reasonable to a degree, viewed from this aspect, maybe.

^,{|Z^R4cc I am still looking for any possible opportunity to be employed by an import & export company. Some friend on line told me it is almost impossible to achieve that goal. In fact, even he didn't tell me this, I know this exactly from what I experienced these days. That I am new in this area is a huge barrier for me to enter no matter how much I am interested in and how hard I will work to be competent. The reality is that they need the one who can bring profits from the moment they pay the salary. I am afraid there is a long way for me to go. T9pGk;m1G~H Ever since I left the campus, I have been leading a different life compared with the one I led before __ not getting up at 7 or so, not going to bed at 11 or so, not having three meals regularly at regular time, not doing routine jobs but doing different things in different places at most of the time. Viewed from this aspect I did changed my life style, Not until I met two persons have I realize I need to change other things but not the ones I have changed __ the way I thinking, the way I express myself, the way I do with the information and every chance I get ... I made my mind to do something to make some changes so that to achieve what I need in both my life and my career...

I am so depressed from the time I opened my eyes. Everything is so disappointing no matter how hard I tried to change them. It seems that I can do nothing about it...

Today, I meet the manager of the international trade department of the company. She a respective old lady speaking with a Tanwai tone slowly and clearly. She talked a lot with me on how to work there and what she hopes me to do there, and the salary she want to give me. I told her I am so appreciated that the company can give me such an opportunity and I don't mind how much I can get from there...W f&V(qY:i
  She told me to wait for their call at home. I was wondering if I could get this position when my friend on line told me it was very difficult to get on well with the people in such an company , which made me more nervous...  :L :L

He know nothing about English and he doesn't treat us the applicants seriously thinking our time is worthless and that we should be available for his call at anytime.  For you see  he made an appointment with another girl and I while he kept the girl waiting from the morning to the afternoon, as for me, he went out to answer a telephone call without coming in again and let his assistant to inform me to wait for his call at home...

FME   Even though, I don't feel angry at all for the position is not what I want eagerly... In a T-shirt, jeans, casual shoes and a backpack, I began to walk slowly with hands in my jeans?? pockets in the street without any aim after I left the building. I wandered in the shade of the buildings, went into some shops or stores a little now and a little then at random and bought something lovely I ran across ...my hair kept flying in the gentle and friendly breeze, I walked in the way I like most without thinking about what others will think of me cause I am a stranger in this city. With an ice cream in hand, I roamed in this little but friendly city, I felt ease and happy with it. This should be the kind of life I want for long, I think... s |C ~(C Z2K9h

YI i&}&DTX   They are right, It is much better to prepare for what I will need in the position I am  applying for so that I am not so new or green in the area than complain about something. Opportunities always go to the one who has made a good preparation...what a pity that I forgot this before so that I was so cynical and depressed.

Just like the employer I met last time, they made me think that they are satisfied with me and talked a lot about the salary and other details such as they can provide with dorm for the new employees.
