Maybe you are wrong. There are two sentences. one is all documents must bear this credit number and date. The other is import should be under foreign trade policy 2004-2007. so you need not to type the sencond sentence in document. in fact, you need not to care the sencond sentence.

You can confirm with your bank about the foreign trade policy 2004-2007. I think it's no ;wPq0d9}nA+E.{

the date and number of the letter of credit must be written on all documents there, and the import must be done according to the trade policy 2004-2007 .:)
