samples has been sent, and the customer has told you he got the samples, and then, i would like to write a letter to thank him for his telephone call (he telephone me that he got the samples ) and tell him that we will be patient to wait for his test report.n;u#X5[$U&Qc

Actually , the words is very impotmant to the cust, but we can change the word by different clients ,

no worries

my understanding , each sale face different clients , i mean just reply as usual , even the words is almost the same it is ok . after that , the only thing we can do is wait . if we lucking enough . the order the substantial one will come for us .
