:) Yes it is. Just send an email to let your customer not to forget you is enough. Then when the customer really need the product you may supply with, he/she will think about you immediately. :victory:

:P Well sure, all of us need to practice a lot since we all know practice makes perfect. I'd love to keep in touch with those foreign customer whether they send me the inquiries or not. They may send me a big surprise when I'm totally not prepared for it. Who knows? :lol

I am unhappy that i send lots of emails to customers, but they donot reply it to you. What should you do. just waiting for the letter filling of hope, or keep on writing the letter to him. There is a problem that if the customer always receive your disturbing letter, he will irriationed or not. Who can help me?
