How to deal with such customers?
I am crazy these days._1}'I[ P
One of our customer ask me to supply many many samples to him, but he seldom places order, or just places very small order.

I send many many Email to him, a large amount of Email, much more than my love letter, but he seldom answer my query.

There seems no advance about the next order. i,s*`$}H
How can I do?:')

i think they must be a small company or a company just start business in your products lately. not find good market in their area yet.

you'd better know some customer just so lazy to reply email . to send overlarge email is not a good way to attract our customer.some tips need more practices.

it's ok to offer him sample. u can request hime to pay the samples fee for exceeded part.

India cutstomer are nearly all this kind .What you need is just sending some email perioding.But not sending many.Maybe he wil think that you haven't customer and you just want to wait him only .

In my opinion,you are care the customer too much!Of course,sales care about their customer is reasonable,but sometimes if we can pretend we care them but not too much,maybe the result is better.Sale is a art!We must know customers psychology very well,then we can find out the appropriate strategy!:)

Patinent ,keep in touch witrh him,you will get reply ,I think he just a trader ,just show your samples to his customer ,so need time
