i just want to explain you about my plan in brief,

d   i am a  liscence holder exporter of herbal species of my country and i recently found that china has a huge market of that herbal product but it is considered as "Endangered Species" in china so i asked few people about that and they suggested me that i have to make  Certificate of doing business on  Endangered Species in china...since i want to export it in china, should i have to pay the tax to chinese government for the sell or the buyer(chinese client) have to pay the import tax or not coz i have to play tax separate tax to my country when i export it to other countries.

first of all ,i think you need to consult the relative information on the export and export tax from the chamber of commerce in your country, and about the import, we think if we chinese will import from you , they must consider all the tax.
