We always communicate with cutomers though EMAIL and make calls if we need the answer right now.

Although I  have a skype ,never contact our customers by it ,bcs no customer.

i just email to my customer..for the Msn and SKIPE ,when i am on line ,they are leave.you know , itls just because the  time,..so email is the way, but some times it's no need .for some urgent things,,and now i have a big preblem with my customers.........come on ,i can manage it well./////////////////

Its a good job.not to use chatting tools at work place.

the sound effect of the skype is very good, that is to say, you can hear the customer very clear if you call him/her by skype.8X f)vZ3{ I,?0mO

Besides, the cost for skype calling is cheap.

MSN skype QQ Email ,I like skype more,much better than others!!But,there no cu in the skype!!

By MSN,SKYPE,the better way to contact the customers is by phone

+`PeRV#] I1bZXu\ Normally i use emails,as it has the"cc,to"functions,i can let my boss know what i've done,and the most important thing,emails can be used as record.
,X$Y/^y!n8_0Ze4j Phone calls is the most efficient way,but i would  send an additional email to customer to confirm the converstion after phone talking.

It's not easy to answer your question. First , I send email to my clients, this is the common mode at present. Second, If the clients don't reply to your e-mail, you must give him a call . Last, you can talk to your clients in MSN, SKYPE,YAHOO after you send e-mail to him or call him by phone.:)
