I think it is difficult to communicate with them through telephone.Especially,the Iran customers,their accent is so severitly!!:Q cannot catch them!

msn and email is the normal tools to contanct with my customer ,and i think skype is not very good bcs you can never understand where the calling is from ,for the number is begining with 0001,you may think it from america,but sometimes your point is wrong

For me sending email to my costomer is the most frequently methods. I keep touch  with my customer in Email.Before sending out I check it over to make sure whether there is some incorrect grammar in the text or other  taboo .%w8e*[9eM"u

It all depends, after all, different customers may have different attitude to our actions, when it's in a need, why not phone them up.On the contray, if it's a long way to go, just chat them in the line, it's really a good way!

I think everyone should find the best way for him to contact with the foreign customers,if you are good at oral foreign language you can talk with the customers dierectly,if you good at writting foreign language you had better write email to contact with him.If you are not good at speaking english but you have a talk with the customer on line,that is not a good choice for you , your customers too.

Generally I communicate with my clients by e-mail.I think this is a good way.

I call our customers almost everyday.:LMost time i was speaking to the operator.Because the people I want to speak to is not in the office. So the telephone fee is expensive.Yesterdy i call my english potential customer by mobile phone.It costs me 12 RMB about 6 mins.

why not use MSN online chat? if you need to take with your client on skype, maybe it means that both you are online, so chating is available and also easy understanding, why need voice chatting?\*PR-{SL
