Now I'm dealing with my first customer from the US. To be a good merchandiser, you should have a encyclopedical knowledge. I keep the things as follows important in mind: 1) Learn either the professional knowledge or the others as possible as you can. 2) Have a good group of friends who would like to help you. 3) Try to keep your mind clear before or when communicate with the customer, and make the communication goes along as in your mind. 4) Make sure to carry out your promise.   .W4eR7o/q eFwU

The open letter, it maybe the letter you send to the customer to ask the customer whether he/she is interested in your product.

I think the sincere in your communication with your clients is vital of importance.and be familiar with your products ,let the clients know you're not in random,u're special for them .:)

When I got an order, as you said above, I will reply him/her as soon as possible. But many times, our customers can not read our mail coz he receives so many letter, he has not time to read it one by one,or his/her mailbox blocks our mail, then how to do? Giving him/her a call after one day you send mail to him/her, to ask him/her receive our letter or not, if he received, askinghim why not reply us, then you will know what he dissatisfied. If he did not receive, telling him your mail title and the content simply, and introducing yourself and your company simply. Then you will make a good impression on him.j-_W^0@SC}`5G
