I have work in our products for about three monthes, Before two monthes , these are some customer need the samples. but deliver them , that is no any news from them, and these monthes , these is little customers to need the samples. and i do not get any new reply every day. so iam worry about that. and do not why. what i am going to do ? please help me . tks :(

There are a potential Germany client visit our factory last week,we have a nice meeting,he confirm us will pay sample charge and demand us arrange sample process urgently.But i still haven't receive his sample charge.:')

I have done several years on global trade, all  orders are from internet, all from B2B sites for free, but in this 2 years, the position was returned, nothing can help me , neither alibaba. As a salesman , you should be familar with your products and your company . otherwise it is hard to introduce your products' information to the clients. you should be professional .

my bottleneck

here is my bottleneck that i even think i cannot do anything in this career. I just have no idea on how to get along well with people, from children till now, i donnot have many friends, i donnot know how to make people feel happy, i lack some kind of charming personality that i rarely have seen people want to stay with me. I am kind and i am sincere, but things just goes in the opposite as i thought. I have never managed a smothful communication with people, even in some social networking wetsite. It's a shame, for my career, i need to change, but from the bottom of my heart, i still want to keep to myself. O*c8UFOp3U
