I sends open letter every day. But no one reply. I am also a green hand ,who can tell me how to write the open letter. And tell me the effective way that can make the potential customer reply my letter.

I am a greenhand in the pharmaceutical chemicals line. Now I feel a great pressure.Although I got several inquiries, after I reply them, they do not respond to me.

I have worked about 4 months as a foreign trade staff.But i just got only one order.My customer is crank.He always pushed me ,"do this pls,don't make that..."At last,we finished our first order.My experience is:patience is better,but limitary.During this,i lost my temper just one time.After angry,he became polite.:lol

Thanks for the information that you provide in the web site, there are many things that you can lear from the experience from other person. I just start to envolve in sales and international trade, it had been hard, and more if it is a new product in a international market, that doesnt know the company and the brand name. so it usually take more time to do business. +l:WWc$fg.q

I have been in this field for two years, i think it's easy to find  clients, but it's difficult to trace well. in my opinion, we should do like this:

We lost lots of regular clients because of our goods quality. So it's really hard to establish longterm business relations with our customer.
