If you know little about your product, it is impossible to do a good job. Customer will ask you lots of questions if he/she would like to buy your product, if you can not answer any questions from the customer, the customer will think that you are not professional, and he/she will not trust you.

After you have learnt a lot about your product, you can try to contact with the customer,

Yes,having good A to Z knowledge about the products you sell is very important for you to get the order. Its like before attempting to write an exam,thoroughly revising the book perfectly :victory:

always the same question.. I have been in the foreign trade field for almost one year,still feel hard somtimes.. but everytime when i make a sale with my customer, I feel so happy.. so this is a balance between the hard feelings and happiness.. all you need to do is to think about if you really like this kind of job..if you really want to go on.. when you decide that you want to continue.. you must know.. there is a long way....T&R+m{'A#Q1o'pO
