what can we learn during doing business with India company and person?

during past four years i contacted and cooperated with some India buyers/agents,from them what can we learn is a really good question i think. at most time , we aften say  that they are good at bargaining and bad reputation in doing business. of cause, we can say that since we have bad experience with them during us cooperation, but i believe and find they are a good teachers for us doing business indeed, so what about your experience during cooperate with them? let us discuss it and share it ,maybe we could find more helpful idea for us indeed.

I think,i know one who comes from india  is a good man with a good reputation.

Pls keep a rigth way to face them.

Yes!
though we heard some passive ideas on Indian business man, but most of Indian customers
are good partners, I think.
Inida is growing fast in economy as well as in other aspects, mainly owes to its political system

now i am contacting one indian customer and learning.
not bad till now. no bargain on price at least.

I'm  working with a guy from India for a few month.  In my eyes, he is a good person, has strong capability in doing business.
Many years ago, he came to China to develop his business. And now he got everything he wanted but the Chinese resident. He bought 2 cars, 4 suits of house,ect.:L
He know how to do business with Chinese, how to make the maximum profit in the cooporation. He know the way of act about Chinese. (Do in Rome as Rome does)  He dosen't like most of Chinese keen on face-saving. Even he is a rich-man but he will not spend the money into luxurious matters.

yes, during the cooperation with our customers, most of times we don't understand them indeed especially in mind i think.

Work with Indian, you willl get so many things. You will find your personal skill improve so fast, and you also will find that to get some orders in this country, you and your team should work more hard then your competitors. At last, you will thank this market and thank all of your cusotmers.
You learn a lot and earn a lot alos. before you explore India market, read " long tail" first.

It can't e denied that India is a growing market 4 us. even though Indians r hard nuts 2 crack, we shall try 2 get orders from that country.

have not a chance on the business

till now i have not a opporunity to do the business with india,so have not feeling experience on this

I might be a lucky guy. I have some customers in India. And they are all keeping their promise well. We have good relationships from the beginning to now.

It is very important for you to choose the right cooperator at the very beginning.

I donot like Indian businessman, I think most of them are bad man.  and some of them know much clear about Chinese, our thoughts, our way;  they always take the lowest prices, ask for highest quality.  :@ :@

From now on ,i have contacted with 4 customers ,they all very kindly,and friendly,
however they also have their factory which make the same product as us,but when we have beneficairy,then we can co-operate.but we all sell the component to them.then they assemble it to  complete product .then sell to all over the world.
some time ,the do not believe in our Chinese factory,so we meet them from a reputation friend from South Korea.then we will give him commission.
but some of the Indian customers want to study  technology and experience from us,so be careful.when they come to our factory.

be care of the trading company customers ,about the samples ,they should pay for all of them ,including the feight,the samples charges,they aways need many kinds of samples,but never order.i hate these,you know we have so many samles to them for free samples.

do not worry ,they just chargaining,if they really want to do business with you ,they will do.
you know they buy your products,then export to othesr,if they do not have any benifit ,how can they do?
i just asked one of my client,he said they like do business with factory directly.
then they can saving cost and learn more about the factory.

I'm appreciate of indias

I'm a newer in foreign sales. But I think it is  lucky for me to meet my indian clients. It is he who help me to get my first order. Without bargin, with pay by T/T at 100% before delivery the goods. He doesn't complain my poor English, my substandard contract. Only to teach me and explain to me .  I hardly know how to express my  gratitude.

doing deals with inidians, I think it's much helpful for our biz,
if you could have a good relationship with them, i am sure, you are the best.
Now i am learning how to deal with them

Last month, I got a reply from India. First we communicate very smoothly. Due to he needed the power supply which is not available now We need take time to design it and evaluate the cost. He wanted us send him 5 samples for free. According to our policy, we offer two samples for free to test. He do not decision to make a deal with us, but need us send 5 samples first and urgency. My manager told me maybe he is a bilker. At first, I can not believe it. After I told him we need time to design the samples and just can send 2 samples for free, the rest three need to pay. It is so bad impression on Indian since his reply me a picture which shows the thumb down. I believe the bad reputation of indian in doing business from this experience.

Most of our clients are Indian.All they are good patient for price and learning the knowledge from Chinese.If they want to buy goods which are not produced by our factory,they will always ask where they can get the goods.
